It is a French word means 'Happiness'.
I believe that to have High Happiness Quotient(HQ) , one should grow as a creative,generative individual who also has good interpersonal relationships and can create and sense humour.
Higher Happiness Quotient is the ultimate aim of one's life.
By happiness , I never meant materialistic happiness which is short, momentary and temporary. There are myriad situations that gives us happiness-
Helping someone who is in need, being empathetic, listening someone who is distressed, sincerely doing your duties or fulfilling one's responsibilities(although drawing line is difficult at times) , educate atleast one etc.
I will keep on sharing my thoughts with you all.
